What is usually needed
The exact list depends on citizenship, route and the official selection point. Receive written confirmation before paying for tests or travelling.
Before preliminary clearance
- Valid international passport
- Citizenship, current country, city and legal status
- Contact language, profession and relevant skills
- For some routes, recent laboratory tests confirmed by the coordinator
For official processing in Russia
- Passport and notarised Russian translation
- Visa, migration card, registration or other proof of legal stay, as applicable
- Official questionnaire, autobiography and photographs when requested
- Official medical, psychological and background assessment
After arrival or acceptance
- Russian SIM card registered in the candidate’s name
- SNILS and INN when required
- MIR bank account in the candidate’s own name for official payments
- Original documents and official receipts

Should I send a passport scan in the form?
No. This website does not request passport scans, medical records or banking information in the preliminary form.
Which medical tests are needed?
Requirements differ by citizenship and route. Some candidates need recent results for HIV, hepatitis B and C, syphilis, general blood and urine tests or other tests. The coordinator confirms the exact list and validity period before travel. Final fitness is decided only by the official medical commission.
Can the agent issue a visa or invitation?
No guarantee can be given. Entry documents and immigration decisions belong to the relevant state authorities.
